Faculty Room Reservations 


Access Portal

  1. Log into your Faculty Portal at portal.amda.edu.
  2. Navigate to the Enterprise by selecting My Schedule, then click on the NY or LA Enterprise Portal.
  3. You then have two search Options
    1. Find a Room – Let the system find all available rooms.
    2. Book a Specific Room – Find the specific room you want to use

If you have booked a room and need to cancel, see Cancel a Reservation.


Find a Room

  1. Once logged into the Enterprise Portal, navigate to Find a Room.
  2. Choose your booking type from the dropdown menu.
  3. Choose a building from the dropdown menu.
  4. Choose the duration of time you need the room for.
    This will be limited to 1 hour, if you search for more than an hour it will show no time available.
  5. Choose a time frame – Example: I am looking for a room between 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  6. Click on Verify Calendar.
  7. Choose an available date (white).
  8. Pick a room by clicking on a Time – depending on time frame entered, you may have multiple options to choose from, then select a room.
  9. Proceed with Booking.
  10. Enter the number of attendees.
  11. Select Student, Faculty or Staff.
  12. Review your selected room details before confirming.
  13. Click on confirm.

Book a Specific Room

  1. Once logged into the Enterprise Portal, navigate to Book a Specific Room.
  2. Choose the type of room you need and the building.
  3. From the rows of rooms, find the room you want.
  4. Choose a time frame – Example: I am looking for a room between 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm and click
  5. Click on Verify Calendar.
  6. Choose an available date (white)
  7. Pick an available start time and click on Book
  8. Enter the number of attendees.
  9. Review your selection details.
  10. Click on Confirm.

Cancel a Reservation

  1. Once logged into the Enterprise Portal, navigate to My Bookings.
  2. For any current reservation, click Cancel on the right side of the row.
  3. Enter a Comment (optional).
  4. Click Yes.
