Student Room Reservations
Students can reserve up to one hour a day in a rehearsal room or voice room on
campus via the Campus Portal room booking software. Below are instructions on booking
space.
Access Portal
- Log into the Campus Portal www.amda.edu/campusportal
- Select the Campus where you would like to make your reservation.
- At the Campus Portal Log-in screen choose the Student & Faculty Option
- You will then need to log-in with your AMDA Google account

Find a Room
- Once logged in, go to New booking on the Menu on the Left.
- Select the booking type you would like to make according to your needs.
- Remember, Alumni are allotted one hour of Studio Reservations and one hour of Vocal studios per day.

- Click on Room criteria if you wish to be specific about the location and room characteristics you are looking for.
- In this example, we are looking for a general space so we will select “All” as the building and we wont select any other criteria.
Click on APPLY after you have entered all your required criteria for the room. - Use the Time Range section to tell the system when you are looking to make a reservation.
A wider range will give you better chances of finding a room. The system will tell you what rooms are available at different start times to fit your needs.
*Please note if you select over an hour there will be no available dates as 1 hour is the booking limit. - Select the date you would like to reserve the room for. You may reserve a room up to 24 hours in advance. Alumni are allotted one hour of Studio Reservations and one hour of Vocal studios per day as available.
- Select the desired start time available for your reservation to see the rooms available at that time.
If you don’t see any start times listed, there are no rooms available with the criteria selected above. This includes room criteria, date, and time range. You can go back and play with these options to find a room. - Click on any area of the row for the room you would like to select and then Click on Continue
- On the next screen, select Alumni and click Submit.
You will see a pop up confirming your reservation. You will be redirected to My Reservations, where you will see all active and cancelled reservations you may have.
Cancelling Reservations
If you are not using your reservation, we ask that you please cancel it to make the room available to other people from the AMDA community.
- Open the My Bookings menu from the navigation and click on the “I” icon on the far right of the reservation you wish to cancel
- In the new window click Cancel on the top right. You may type a reason why you are not using the room. You may also leave it blank.
