Company Wide Signature – CodeTwo

As of April 2024 all AMDA Staff will have an automatic signature applied to their outlook email address.

The below signature attributes can be changed via the Signature Portal – user.codetwo.com

• Booking Link – Such as Microsoft Bookings or Calendly
• Credential Title – Such as Ph.D, doctorate degree, or Professional licenses
• Display Street Address – Enter “No” to remove the street address from your signature
• Out Of Office Dates – To add Out of Office dates to the end of your signature
• Pronouns – Will add pronouns after your name
• Fax – Add Fax number
• First Name – Edit or add middle initial to your signature
• Mobile – Add your AMDA mobile number
